What to expect from {Clinic Name}'s new COVID-19 Procedures:

Prior to your appointment:

• Digital intake forms will be sent prior to your appointment including a digital COVID-19 screening form.
• Urgent and essential treatment will be prioritized, so please be patient.

On the date of your appointment:

• Please arrive alone and on time. (Not early.)
• Remain in your vehicle and call the clinic to  inform us of your arrival. We will notify you when  you may enter.
• Please wear a mask and keep it on both inside and   outside the building.
• Before entering, you will be screened for your risk of COVID-19
• Upon entering, wash your hands and maintain a safe   physical distance from clinic staff.

Inside the treatment Room:

• Please wear your mask.
• Your RMT will also be wearing a mask at all times.

After treatment:

• After exiting the treatment room, please proceed immediately to wash your hands and continue to maintain a safe  physical distance from clinic staff.
• Contactless payment is preferred if possible. (You can either tap your card, or provide an e-transfer before leaving.)

Our precautions:

• We clean and disinfect all surfaces frequently both inside and outside the treatment room.
• The treatment room is completely disinfected between appointments.
• Items such as pillows, blankets and linens are all changed and cleaned after each appointment.
